It's been a while.

Yep. It has. Anyone who reads this knows talks to me and knows that Samoa was very successful. Christmas was great. Chels is starting to have more and more contractions and we are making preparations for Charlie.

Things are going great except for the fact that it is butt cold outside and I haven't been on my bike in about two months insert gasp here.

That creates a problem. The problem is that I've been eating like I bike four days a week for two hours each time. That means that pants have been getting tighter. That also explains the disgustingly obese 220lbs reading on the scale. That is the most I've weighed since I've been married.

On Saturday, C and I went to Costco to stock up on a few South Beach essentials. I went running this morning and started the four letter d word. Since it's my blog, I'm going to use it to chronicle where I'm at.
